Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee for new server purchases. If you're not satisfied with your service within the first 72 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund.

This guarantee applies to your first payment only and is available once per customer.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 72 hours of the initial purchase
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • This must be your first refund request
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@krakenservers.net
  2. Include your account email and server details
  3. State the reason for your refund request
  4. We will process your request within 5-7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Payments made after the 72-hour guarantee period
  • Upgrades or additional services purchased after the initial purchase
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Refund requests from accounts that have previously received a refund

5. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will appear in your account according to your payment provider's processing times (typically 3-10 business days for credit cards, 1-2 business days for PayPal).

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period unless you are within the 72-hour guarantee period.

Upon cancellation, your server and all associated data will be permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period. We recommend backing up your data before canceling.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues. Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
