Docs and setup

The fastest path to a healthy first launch.

The essentials: picking the right plan, knowing what happens between checkout and "server online," and where to go once you're live.

Still need help?

If you hit something game-specific or time-sensitive, head straight to Discord or Support — faster than guessing through it.

Quick start

01

Choose the right game and plan

Start from the game catalog, take the recommendation if it fits, and only size up when you know your player count or mod load needs it.

02

Finish checkout and watch provisioning

Pay securely through Stripe. You'll come right back to a live status page and watch your server come online — no waiting for an email.

03

Manage everything from the dashboard

The dashboard is where you see your servers, manage billing, launch another server, and jump into the full panel when needed.

First launch checklist

Give it a clear name, pick the region closest to your players, and go with the recommended plan if you're not sure — you can always upgrade later.

Panel basics

Once your server is online, the control panel handles console access, file management, startup flags, and restarts.

Backups and rollback safety

Use backups before larger mod or config changes so you can recover quickly if a world or plugin change goes sideways.

Game-specific caveats

Some games have extra requirements, like a FiveM license key or heavier RAM needs for large modpacks and larger maps.

Need a human instead?

The docs handle most launch and first-day questions. For billing, account issues, or anything game-specific that's got you stuck, Support is faster.
